Below you will find our 1st Year, Youth Confirmation Forms along with important registration information for the 2016/2017 school year (As of 8/25/16 2nd Year Registration is closed). Please contact our Youth Confirmation Coordinator if you have any questions before registering your children. We look forward to hearing from you!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
I. Safe Environment Program
All students in Grades 7-12 are required to complete a Safe Environment course before registering for Youth Confirmation.
Please have your child complete the course prior to registering.
Take the following steps to sign-up for the online course:
- Go to www.ShieldTheVulnerable.org
- Then, go to Student Login
- If you are a returning student go to “Already Signed Up”
- If you have not signed up before go to First Time and follow the prompts.
The following is a list of the courses each grade level should complete:
- Bullying, Not Cool (Grade 7)
- Digital Citizenship (Grade 8)
- Teen Safety (Grade 9)
- Dating Abuse (Grade 10)
- CyberSafety (Grade 11)
- You’re Legal, What Now? (Grade 12)
NOTE: Parents are encouraged to do the Adult review and discuss it with their child(ren). Please be sure your child bring their with you your copy of the Certificate of Completion at your registration appointment.
